1.1 Website Design and Development Services: a. Initial Deposits: A non-refundable deposit may be required before commencing any website design and development project. This deposit covers the initial planning and preparation work for your project and is non-refundable.

b. Milestone Payments: For larger projects, payments may be divided into multiple milestones. Once a milestone is completed and delivered, any related payment is non-refundable.

c. Final Payments: Once the website design and development project is completed, and the final product is delivered, any remaining payment becomes non-refundable.

d. Refunds in Exceptional Cases: In exceptional cases where the Developer is unable to complete the project as agreed or fails to meet the project’s requirements, a refund may be considered for the uncompleted portion of the project, as determined by the Developer.

1.2 Maintenance Services: a. Monthly or Annual Payments: Payments for maintenance services are non-refundable once the maintenance period has commenced.

1.3 No Refunds After Delivery: Once the final product or service is delivered to you, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Website Design and Development Services: a. Cancellation During Initial Phase: If you choose to cancel the website design and development project during the initial planning phase, any initial deposit made is non-refundable.

b. Cancellation After Project Commencement: If you decide to cancel the project after it has commenced, any milestone payments already made are non-refundable.

2.2 Maintenance Services: a. Monthly or Annual Services: For monthly or annual maintenance services, you may cancel the subscription at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period of the subscription.
